Q:Can ayncer’s G57 transmitter work without usb power?

A:Both receiver and transmitter of the product need 5V, 2A power supply. If the HDMI interface of the notebook can output enough, then the transmitting end does not need additional power supply, but the receiving end needs additional power supply.

Q:Can I use the G57 to project my computer screen if my computer doesn’t have an hdmi port?

A:We recommend using a USB-C to hdmi adapter.

Q:How to restore factory settings?

A:When the product fails, press and hold the receiver function button for 10 seconds. After a black screen appears and restart, the factory settings will be restored.

Q:The transmitter/receiver size is too large and covers the adjacent port which I also need to use, how to solve ?
