How to install:

Step 1. Unscrew the cover on the microSD Card slot with a screwdriver.

Step 2. Insert the SD card into the microSD Card slot with a paperclip or your fingernail. Making sure it doesn’t pop out.

Step 3. Screw the cover back firmly. Here is a picture that shows you where the microSD Card slot is:

You can format the SD of your camera via Reolink App/Web Browser/Reolink Client(New Client). Notes: Checking or formatting the micro SD card is not available to cameras that are directly connected to Reolink PoE NVR’s ports.

1. Check and ensure the SD card meets the required specifications. 2. Ensure the camera’s firmware is up-to-date. 3.Make sure the camera is powered off. 4. Format the SD card to FAT32 using a PC, then reinsert it into the camera to see if it works.
