Those who enjoy doing yoga or are curious to try it out may be interested to know that classes will be held at Square One in Mississauga this month.
The complimentary morning yoga classes, presented by lululemon, will enable participants to get in a morning stretch as well as some relaxation on Sunday mornings throughout the month of February.
Founded in Vancouver, lululemon athletica is a yoga-inspired athletic apparel company that aims to provide clothing for athletes designed by athletes.
“Our mission is to elevate the world to a place of greatness. Life is filled with runs at the beach, biking, hiking, a walk to work, a yoga class and friends,” reads lululemon athletica’s website.
The upcoming classes at Square One will be held on Feb. 12, 19 and 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and will be located on level 2 near the Rec Room above The Food District entrance.

Participants are reminded that due to health and safety restrictions, the classes will not have any extra yoga mats to practice on. As a result, participants are being advised to bring their own.
