The reverse push-up is a vigorous movement workout that reduces belly fat by strengthening your lower back and engaging your core. To begin this workout, raise your body and hips to face the ceiling and lie on your back with your shoulders and hips raised toward the ceiling in a tabletop position. Drop your shoulders, brace your body on your palms and heels, and keep your body looking upwards in a straight line. This workout helps tone the arms and glutes.

The most well-known and frequent exercise for getting a flat stomach is sit-ups. It is a form of abdominal endurance training that entails a straightforward crunching motion that works on the abdominal muscles. The rectus abdominus is strengthened via sit-ups, which can be done anyplace. A sit-up is similar to a crunch, except it works more muscles and has a wider range of motion.

In a side plank, the right or left side of the body is supported by the arm and the leg, and the position is maintained for as long as possible. It is necessary to extend the top arm upward at a right angle to the body. The side plank tones the side core while stabilizing it and working the oblique muscles.

The plank is an intense strength-building exercise that engages all of the core muscles and stabilizes its movement. Performing a plank is incredibly easy but powerful. The ideal plank technique involves holding a still push-up stance for as long as you can. Start by doing it for 30 seconds before increasing the time to 1 minute, then 2 minutes. The best approach to practice a plank is to hold it for a minute, take a 10-second break, and then do it at least three times more. Planks are also excellent for enhancing upper arm strength.
